PRICING AND AVAILABILITY



All product prices are in USD unless spesified in a different currency on the product page and are exclusive of delivery.



We accept all orders for products subject to availability. If your order is out of stock we will notify you, we will ask if you are happy to wait for the item in which case we will send as soon as the item becomes available.  If you do not wish to wait or your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a refund for the unavailable product(s)



Payments can be made using Visa or Mastercard, via our Payment Processing Provider, 2Checkout.com. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. All credit and debit card holders are subject to authorisation by the card issuer and if the issuer of your card refuses to pay us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.



ORDER DELIVERY AND POST AND PACKAGE



All orders are shipped via FEDEX and China Registered Mail.  We aim to despatch your order within 2 days of receipt, subject to cleared funds.



We will send you an email to confirm despatch, so you know when to expect your order.



PRODUCT COLOUR REPRODUCTION INFORMATION



Please note that whilst we have tried to represent colours as accurately as possible they may vary slightly from the way they appear on your computer monitor.  If you are not satisfied with the colours or products in the collection, the complete collection including any bonus items may be returned for refund excluding P&P charges. No individual items will be refunded.



RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION



If a product has been damaged in transit, is faulty or unwanted, please inform us using the Contact us form within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty/unwanted complete collection by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the complete collection and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.



CANCELLATION OF ORDERS



If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge.



If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply;



When you receive your order you have a period of 14 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel or exchange. The goods must be returned intact, unused, sealed and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from us.



Please contact us by email to confirm the complete collection is being returned, we will then issue you with a returns number and an address to send the goods back to us. We are not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that customers use recorded delivery or a similar tracked service and obtain the necessary insurance which will cover the value of the items should they be lost in transit.



There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.



These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.



ORDER CONFIRMATION



You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.  We reserve the right to decline any order.  All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please note that Danielle Parés Incorporated will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect shipping addresses which have been provided by the customer at the time of ordering so please check your details carefully before submitting your order.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not collect personal information about you if you only look at this website. It is our normal business practice to collect personal information from you should you purchase our products, comment on our products our join our mailing lists.

We will only ever use your personal information collected via web forms, emails and orders for the purposes for which you give it to us and for related, internal business purposes.    We do not provide your personal information about you to other marketing organisations or other businesses or anyone else unless one of the below applies:
  • You have consented for us to do so.
  • You expect us to or we have told you we will.
  • It is required or authorised by law.
  • It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody's life or health or
  • The disclosure is reasonably necessary for law enforcement or for the protection of public revenue.
  • We analyse non-identifiable website traffic data to improve our services.
